Founders of Heart2Serve

You’re Not Alone

Heart2Serve was founded in 2015 by addiction survivors Brian & Cindy Baughman. They believe everyone deserves a second chance to be free from substance abuse and given the tools, skills and care to live a reborn life.

They started with a fleet of RVs and a passion to build a better community where people in transition are given opportunities. After a few found comfort in the walls of those RVs, the word got out that they were housing people in transition and Heart2Serve was born.

Since then, Heart2Serve has grown. Today, our mission is to provide hope and support to women in transition by helping them regain a foothold and recover with the support of an organization and leadership who have walked their path and are committed to giving them what they need to live the life of freedom they’ve always wanted.

Sydney’s Story

Heart2Serve has been absolutely life changing for me. I came in as a broken, depressed, lost individual. Within my few months here, I have found happiness and love in myself. The growth and change are noticeable to not only myself but to my family and everyone around me. I have been blessed with such a huge support system and found true friendship and sisterhood in our homes. Heart2Serve has provided me with a great therapist who I get to talk with about my struggles on a weekly basis, and in return, gain the tools and knowledge needed to help myself. They have supported me through my court cases and given me guidance to help me succeed. I absolutely love my life, and I know that none of this would not be possible without Heart2Serve. I am truly beyond blessed to be here and eternally grateful.

Update as of April 2024: Sydney has now achieved one year of continuous sobriety. We are so incredibly proud of her!
